About Neighborhood
Positioned perfectly between Mount Pleasant and North Charleston, the island community of Daniel Island has a lot to offer. Daniel Island Park, also known as the 'Park Side,' is known for its stunning architecture and natural beauty. This spectacular area includes hundreds of acres of parks; gorgeous views of creeks, marshes, ponds, and meticulously maintained golf courses. Ralston Creek winds from the Wando River and surrounds Daniel Island Park on the east and towards the northeast. Nowell Creek and its tidal creeks and marshes borders Daniel Island Park on the north and west sides. Beresford Creek's marshes and tidal creeks wind through the front part of the neighborhood. Special care has been taken to maintain and protect the natural beauty of the island while offering a prime location for luxury homes.

Amenities
Social Membership privileges to the Daniel Island Club are enjoyed by Daniel Island Park residents with the option to upgrade to a sports or full golf membership. Members have access to a year round calendar of golf, tennis, and events.
The Daniel Island Club features two nationally ranked golf courses the Beresford Creek course and the Ralston Creek course. Beresford Creek, designed by Tom Fazio, winds through marsh, creeks, and waterways. The Ralston Creek course is surrounded by saltwater marsh and tidal creek views, and is designed by Rees Jones. Both courses are 18 hole par 72. The Tennis Pavilion is surrounded by eleven courts, two hard, eight har-tru, and a grass court. The fitness center includes state of the art equipment, steam rooms, locker rooms, studio classes, massage therapy options, and personal training sessions. Two resort style saltwater pools are located off of the fitness facility and feature, a beachside entry, waterslide, designated lap areas and a kiddie pool. Dining options include casual dining at The Grill Room on the second floor of the clubhouse, Harry's restaurant and bar downstairs at the clubhouse, and at the pool– an outdoor grill and cabana bar with poolside service.
