The Process

Brightwater Homes gives you three options for building. Your options are designer crafted experience, inspired custom experience, or a design-build experience.

• The Designer Crafted Experience lets the experts do the work. You choose the Brighwater floorplan, their interior designers put together a complete package of selections, then you review the selections and fine tune them.
• The Inspired Custom Experience is a personalized experience starting with modifying interior layouts after you have selected your plan. Then the designers pull recommendations and you review them over a series of meetings and make your final selections.
• The Design-Build Experience is where you start from the ground up to create the plan for your dream home. Choose a Brightwater plan as inspiration or start from scratch. Your interior designer will pull together recommendations provided by inspirations that you have provided. Then you join the designer for a series of appointments to make your final selections.
